mSpot Bets on Mobile Movies

In October, mSpot launched a new VOD movie services, across all carriers and on 30 handsets. According to mSpot CEO Daren Tsui, the company worked with Sprint to launch a long-form entertainment channel, with movies and episodic TV. Adobe’s New Tools for Mobile Creators

Adobe Systems is well-known for Flash. But now the company has launched Adobe Open Screen, to get Flash onto devices of all types, from mobile phones to ATM machines. “It’s almost trivial to publish content on the web today,” says Adobe director of technical marketing. “We’d like to bring some of that ease of publishing and distribution to the device industry.”
